Leah’s story
Leah has a 6 month old daughter. She recently came across article about baby signing in a new mums forum online, Leah found the concept of her child being able to communicate with her needs with ther before she was verbal fascinating. Leah googled baby signing groups in her area and found SLT for Kids. Leah liked that the baby signing groups were run by a professional speech and language therapist and were evidence based. Leah booked herself and her daughter on to the weekly baby signing sessions.

Me and emma have really enjoyed attending our baby singing sessions, emma is able to communicate her basic needs to me such as milk or nappy this helps reduce the tantrums and tears that are expected for her age. I personally feel a deeper connection with emma.
